Scott has over 7 years' experience designing personalized fitness programs for women and men
of all ages, body types, and fitness levels.
His certifications include:

- International Fitness Professionals Association (I.F.P.A.)
- International Sports Science Association (I.S.S.A.)
As a competitive triathlete and participant in 6 Boston Marathons, Scott knows what
it takes to get in shape, and stay there.
"I always emphasize fun during my workouts and try to stick to the basics," says Scott.
"My theory is to provide a relaxed atmosphere, and to keep it simple."
Scott believes in throwing out the latest "fad" workouts that can confuse people,
and result in injury. He focuses his clients' routines on the classic pyramid of:
- Cardiovascular activity
- Strength training
- Maintaining a proper, balanced diet
