• Items are shipped via certified US Mail within the U.S.
• Normal delivery time is 5 business days
• Shipping and handling is $11.95 for the first item and $0.90/additional item

Returning an Item

If, within 30 days, you are unsatisfied with a purchase, contact us at 617.262.2208 (Boston) or 978.531.0550 (Peabody). We will exchange the item or issue a refund in the form of a credit to your account.

Additionally, you must:

2. Send items to The Adams-Seckel Center, 4 Centennial Drive Ste 202 Peabody, MA 01960
3. Return products prepaid and insured via UPS, U.S. Mail, or other carrier
4. Return merchandise in original packaging with all accessories
5. Retain your shipping receipt for proof
   

We cannot accept responsibility for uninsured packages returned through the US Postal Service.
