How can I get rid of cellulite?

Q: No matter how hard I exercise, I still have cellulite on my thighs and butt. I’ve tried creams. I’ve tried pills. What can I do?

Creams and pills don’t work.

Diet and exercise may not improve cellulite either. If you’ve followed a diet and exercise program for 6 months or more that includes a routine for legs and aren’t seeing results, you may have done all you can do.
