Q: I have dark circles under my eyes for the past couple of years. What can I do to get rid of them?
A: Treating dark circles beneath the eyes with transconjunctival blepharoplasty and arcus marginalis release yields notable results in most cases. Through an incision inside the lower eyelid, we release the arcus marginalis and place either a fat graft/microfat injection or a tear trough implant. Recovery time is approximately two weeks. The Adams-Center's Total Eyelid Rejuvenation program may also work well.
